His primary interest and expertise lie in driving organizational change and improvement through education and people development.
Gaining wide experience through working in different markets and sectors Alan now has an enviable grasp of how to engage, motivate and deliver innovative educational programmes which deliver real results.
Most recently as a member of the Strontium team Alan's focus has been directed to the development of E Learning and its application into the NHS.
Alan has been the driver behind the building and launch of an extremely successful Blended Learning system within the NHS which has resulted in rapid and dynamic growth.
He is an entrepreneur who over the course of his career has been involved a number of successful product launches in the UK, Europe, USA and the Far East. His all inclusive style, attention to detail and belief in a long term client relationship, is infectious.
He has also completed a number of Keynote speaking engagements at major client events.
