




In 1991, following a successful career in BT, Gareth co-founded a Management Consultancy business (ITMS Limited). With direct responsibility for all business development activities, including revenue growth, the company flourished and in 1999 was acquired by Qube Holdings PLC.
From 1999 to 2004 he remained with Qube, firstly to oversee the integration of his original business, and then, in his role as Business Development Director, to drive the broader business revenues.
During his time with the company, Gareth designed and implemented a robust business development process, covering all aspects of sales activity, including the introduction of a formal client relationship/management process. This was instrumental in enabling Qube to quickly grow into an international consulting practice, employing over 80 staff and covering eighteen European countries.
The main focus of his work now is in sales leadership and business development, where he has been engaged by a number of organisations to improve their overall sales capability.
