




Elizabeth is an experienced, highly motivated consultant, specialising in leadership development. She is an effective presenter with experience across the private and public sectors.
She is currently Resource and Planning Manager at Miad UK where she is responsible for the planning, design and delivery of programmes including quality control.
From April 2000 – 2006 Liz was a Training and Development Consultant where she was responsible for facilitating management training workshops for senior doctors and healthcare professionals. She designed workshops to meet GMC requirements for revalidation and programmes to support Modernising Medical Careers (England and Wales) – predominantly Appraisal, Assessment and Teaching Skills. With a background in training and development, she has also been involved in the support and coaching of individuals with performance issues.
Elizabeth has worked with many trusts including Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust; Bromley PCT; Bromley Hospitals NHS Trust; East Kent Hospitals Trust; Mid Essex Trust; West Kent NHS and Social Care Trust; Guys and Thomas’ NHS Trust; Queen Victoria NHS Trust; Tower Hamlets PCT; Westminster PCT.
Formerly she project managed and delivered a 3 year highly successful leadership initiative for Conoco(UK) both overseas and within the UK. Additionally she assisted the company in managing a culture change and teambuilding by designing and facilitating appropriate seminars.
She delivers the MHSC and ILM workshops for Kent and Medway Partnership Trust as an Associate Lecturer for De Montfort University and has written and project managed major organisational training strategies for trusts.
