Following graduation in Law and Industrial Relations and an early career in sales, David has worked on over 50 major organisational change programmes.
From 1989 - 1992 he was Business development Director within the Unipart Group, working primarily on employee and customer based organisational change for Unipart International Ltd, Edmunds Walker Ltd and Trailer Truck Components Ltd
From 1992 - 1994 he acted as an independent consultant working for Salveson Logistics, RAC, Royal Mail, Unipart, Jaguar Parts Marketing and many others.
Since 1994 he founded and built Qube Holdings Plc into an international consulting practice covering 14 European countries. Specialising in organisational change, education and expert project management Qube grew to over 80 staff and won contracts with over 200 clients, including Local Government, Direct Line, Nationwide, Allied Irish Bank and many others.
Although still a shareholder in Qube, David now acts as a consultant and is Managing Director of Strontium Plc the AIM listed professional services group.

Throughout his career David has been involved in over 50 major client projects, negotiated venture capital injection/banking arrangements, overseen 7 acquisitions and directed the creation of a Plc and its subsequent listing on AIM.
