Strontium Boosts Professional Services Network
with Learning Eye buy

Strontium, the AIM-listed professional services firm, has struck a deal to buy The Learning Eye Ltd, a management agency which delivers customised training and consulting services primarily focused on the automotive sector.

Strontium is paying an initial £1 million in cash and shares for the business, with a potential future earn out of £1.45 million.

It said the move emphasised its ongoing acquisition strategy to build a symbiotic network of independent professional services businesses.

TLE's clients include companies such as Toyota, Lexus, BMW, MINI, Nissan and QinetiQ.
